Product Operations Specialist (Internet Services)
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, configure, maintain, monitor, and manage all content within the company’s internet services platform.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics; provide actionable insights to enhance product functionality and user experience.
Prepare and present detailed product reports and performance updates to senior management.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, including user behavior, to provide strategic insights to internal teams.
Provide operational support for in-app events and campaigns, including documentation and feature dissemination.
Report, monitor, and coordinate resolution of issues encountered within internet platforms.
Design marketing materials for the online platform, including banners and other digital collaterals for in-app use.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field from QS 500 universities/ PH's top 3 universities ONLY.
Experience in Operations, Product Management, Product Operations, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of internet business and digital market trends is an advantage.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present findings effectively.
Strong logical and critical thinking abilities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, proactive, fast learner, and highly motivated.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
Willing to relocate in China
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Company is a globally well-known technology giant based in China. The role is onsite and includes full relocation and visa sponsorship in Shenzen.
