Profile
We are seeking a Product Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience gathering and organizing product requests, preparing clear and concise requirements, and supporting product managers in executing the product roadmap. You should be someone who works well in fast-moving environments, where priorities can shift quickly and new information constantly emerges. The person should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across departments. You must be confident, articulate, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. If you enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity and helping products move smoothly from idea to release, this role is a great fit.
Role
This role requires someone who is organized, communicative, and capable of holding together multiple information streams from across the business. You will be responsible for collecting, categorizing, and prioritizing incoming requests and issues from customers, sales teams, management, and internal stakeholders. You will translate these inputs into clear requirements or scope summaries, ensuring product managers and engineering teams have the information they need to make informed decisions.
You will work closely with product managers to coordinate roadmap items, review development work before release, and help maintain a smooth and transparent release cycle. You will prepare release notes, communicate upcoming releases to marketing and other relevant stakeholders, and gather post-release customer feedback to help measure the success and adoption of new features.

You have
• 5+ years of experience in managing product requests, writing requirements and tracking feature adoption and customer feedback, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong experience of working effectively while collaborating with various departments
• A good understanding of modern software development practices
• Strong organizational, management and leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Gitlab or JIRA.
