Job Description
- Drive product operations for the merchandise and supply side of TikTok Local Services.
Take ownership of core modules (e.g. product listing, category/attribute frameworks, AI-driven efficiency tools) and be accountable for overall supply scale, merchandise competitiveness, and order volume.
- Exhibit exceptional Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills.
Act as the central hub to align cross-functional teams—including R&D, Industry Operations, and Traffic Strategy—managing the full lifecycle of complex projects to ensure the successful delivery of localized, intelligent merchant tools.
- Establish merchandise tiering standards and build a systematic knowledge graph framework.
Partner closely with search and recommendation teams to translate user insights into optimized supply-demand matching, boosting the conversion efficiency of high-quality supply.
- Develop and execute high-impact
Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product features and operational initiatives. Drive large-scale adoption of operational tools among the merchant base through effective enablement, ultimately fueling offline redemptions and GMV growth.
- Build robust data monitoring and performance evaluation systems.
Establish a closed-loop Voice of Customer (VOC) mechanism to swiftly detect anomalies, conduct deep-dive analyses to draft high-quality MRDs, and forcefully drive continuous product iteration.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or strategy roles, specifically focusing on the merchant (B2B), merchandise, or supply ecosystem within the tech/internet industry.
- Professional proficiency in English, capable of navigating and influencing within a fast-paced, highly matrixed global environment.
- Proven track record in Project Management and Stakeholder Management.
Exceptional ability to orchestrate resources, manage expectations, and lead cross-functional teams from ideation through successful rollout. Preferred Qualifications
- Direct domain expertise in Local Services (O2O), e-commerce, or instant retail platforms.
Familiarity with merchant business models and core merchandise workflows (e.g., product listing, inventory management).
- Advanced logical thinking and analytical skills.
Capable of discovering root causes from complex macro data and user feedback to design effective business processes and craft comprehensive MRDs.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and results-oriented.
Able to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with strong empathy for merchants from diverse cultural backgrounds.
