Product Operations Specialist | $8000

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with the assigned Agency to ensure that the projects/tasks are completed on time.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring timeliness and consistency. Take ownership and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to update items in the bulk tender catalogues that may become obsolete and/or require refresh from time to time. Ensure that the replacement items can meet tender requirements.

• Seek approval from respective approving authorities to effect changes.

• Verify billing reports from external vendor and internal billing team to ensure validity and accuracy of amount and items being billed.

• Track and update utilization where necessary.

• Change Management: Support change management within the division.

 Job Requirement :

• 3-5 years of experience in product management and engagement.

• Demonstrated interest in or exposure to product management principles, methodologies, and practices

• Experience in planning and executing events, workshops, or training programmers.

• Experience in data Centre migration will be an advantage

• Strong communication, content creation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in event logistics and project coordination.

• Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and data analysis for tracking progress

• Curiosity about product management trends and best practices.
