Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive payment initiatives in a global banking environment. You will define product vision, translate business objectives into actionable requirements, and lead end-to-end delivery of innovative payment solutions while ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of payment solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee integration across digital channels and payment platforms to enable seamless client experiences.
• Capture business objectives and converting them into actionable solution requirements.
• Deliver clear, impactful presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Banking and Payments, with a proven track record managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of global payment trends, regulatory frameworks, and compliance initiatives.
• Exposure to payment technologies and lifecycle processes (e.g., ACH, RTGS, real-time payments, open banking).
• Familiarity with messaging standards and clearing systems (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022) and related rulebooks.
• Experience with retail payments, cross-border transactions, and regulatory-driven initiatives.
• Knowledge of corporate digital channels and integration methods (e.g., host-to-host, mobile, instant payments).
