Responsibilities
- Manage backend platform operations including account setup, user management, promotions, credit allocation, and operational configurations.
- Monitor daily platform activities and ensure smooth operational performance.
- Handle customer enquiries, user issues, and operational support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Product Manager in platform operations, feature testing, workflow implementation, and system coordination.
- Coordinate with external platform partners, vendors, and internal teams regarding operational and technical matters.
- Assist in tracking platform usage data, transactions, credits, promotional activities, and payment records.
- Support troubleshooting processes and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in testing new platform features, operational workflows, and system updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, Communications, Operations, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in platform operations, product operations, customer support, or digital platform administration is preferred.
- Familiar with backend admin systems, digital platforms, SaaS tools, and operational dashboards.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, operational data, and reporting tasks.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic technical understanding of digital platforms, workflows, or app operations is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required to support Chinese-speaking users and manage content within a Chinese-language platform.
