Job Summary:
Basic Salary: $2500 - $2700
Location: Outram
Working hours: Mondays – Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
1 year contract + completion bonus (Extendable)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform data checks, entry, sourcing, verification, and cleaning.
Review HCS reports per SOPs, flag discrepancies, and liaise with stakeholders.
Check e-commerce listings for correct HCS tagging and claims.
Update tracking lists (user guides, guidelines, SOPs).
Format, proofread, and update programme tools (SOPs, guides, videos).
Support UAT for HCS portal; test functions and record findings.
Enter completion dates in Excel.
Assist large-scale audit: data checks, fieldwork, compilation, and verification.
Requirements:
Diploma or above, preferably with nutrition background
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Contract duration from Dec - 31 March 26
Ability to create videos using Powerpoint will be an advantage.
