Position: Project Coordinator – Roller Shutter Doors
Overview:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all phases of roller shutter door projects — from initial client consultation and site measurement to installation, documentation, and final evaluation. This role requires hands-on coordination across sales, engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Liaise directly with clients to capture requirements, provide updates, and conduct site measurements.
Collaborate with the sales team on proposals and cost estimations.
Support procurement by sourcing and coordinating delivery of required materials/equipment.
Allocate manpower and coordinate onsite works to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot delays, and propose corrective actions as needed.
Lead regular project meetings and report status to management and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g., permits, specs, contracts).
Conduct project reviews and compile performance and completion reports.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum of a secondary school certificate; diploma/degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
Experience:
At least 2 years in project coordination/management within the building or construction industry.
Skills:
Strong organization, communication, and time management.
Bilingual in English and Chinese.
Familiarity with project management tools/software.
Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Knowledge of roller shutter door systems is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a key and priority requirement for this role, as the company will provide a vehicle for work-related travel.
Willingness to work 6-day weeks (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM).
