Our mission to provide our customers with effective customised MICE solutions is supported by our in-house designers and experienced carpentry department. These facilities has allowed us to servce a variety of customers including Mitsubishi Electric, Cathay Cineplexes, Singapore Changi Airport, OTO Bodycare, Singapore General Hospital and many more.
Job Summary
As a Project Executive, you play a key role in delivering memorable campaigns and events. You will support the full project lifecycle — from planning to execution to post-event evaluation — ensuring service excellence and smooth delivery.
Responsibilities
- Document client requirements and project objectives to establish clear project scope and deliverables
- Prepare draft project timelines and internal planning documents to guide project execution
- Coordinate and track project milestones to ensure timely progress and completion
- Identify issues early and troubleshoot deviations to maintain project quality and schedule
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and manage external vendors to align resources and expectations
- Ensure all deliverables meet timeline and quality standards to achieve client satisfaction
- Service assigned accounts and support day-to-day client communication to maintain strong client relationships
- Translate client needs into clear project requirements to facilitate effective project delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Events, Hospitality, or related fields
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Up to 2 years’ experience in events, exhibitions, or project coordination
- Proficiency with current technology trends, social platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with regional clients and vendors
- Demonstrated initiative, responsibility, and follow-through in managing project tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with effective communication and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and travel as required
