About the Role
At OOm, we are not just building websites — we are creating digital experiences that transform brands and support business growth.
As a Project Manager, Web Development, you will play a key role in translating client goals into effective digital solutions. You will lead website projects from kickoff to launch, working closely with designers, developers, strategists, and clients to ensure each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward agency environment and is comfortable managing timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Project Executive position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of web and digital projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Work closely with internal teams, including designers, developers, digital strategists, and account managers, to define project requirements, deliverables, and success metrics.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions.
Apply Agile project management principles to improve workflow, collaboration, and delivery efficiency.
Provide clear and timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders through status reports, milestone updates, and project meetings.
Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards before launch.
Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
Stay updated on digital trends, web technologies, and user experience best practices to support better project outcomes.
Guide and coordinate project teams to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing digital, web development, or technology-related projects.
Strong understanding of CMS platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, or similar platforms.
Good knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage both internal and external expectations.
PMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project management certification would be an added advantage.
