About Us:

World Marketing Group (WMG) specializes in crossborder parcel and mail logistics in the Asian region. As a licensed postal service operator, the company has wide commercial and postal networks to facilitate clearance and delivery of eCommerce parcels.

About the role

This is a full-time Project Management & Customer Service Executive role based in Singapore. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing key accounts for the company's import/export and customs operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers (Account Management), addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience

  2. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, anticipate their needs, and proactively provide solutions to support their business objectives

  3. Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services

  4. Analyse customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction

  5. Assist with various administrative tasks to support the efficient running of the customer service and accounts management functions (E.g. invoice verification, RFQs from clients, import declaration documentation and submission, etc.)

  6. Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement

  7. Any other projects as assigned

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum a Diploma holder with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or account management role, preferably within the logistics industry

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  3. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with using customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  5. Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

  6. A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude

  7. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders

  8. Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
