Project Manager

About Us:

H.A.M. Creations Pte Ltd is a leading design and build production agency that brings ideas to life through innovative retail and event experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in event production to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, including luxury brands, FMCG, and government projects.


• Project Oversight: Manage the full project cycle by sourcing suppliers, working with various sub-contractors, managing budgets, preparing quotations, and handling final invoicing.


• Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative designers, print specialists, carpentry, and installation teams to deliver outstanding results.


• On-Site Duties: Attend client meetings, conduct site measurements, and supervise installation and teardown.


• Documentation: Prepare quotations, invoices, risk assessments, and permit application documents.


• Execution: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event production or exhibitions.


• Class 3 driving license is an advantage.


• Highly motivated, resourceful, and detail oriented.


• Client focused, hardworking, and able to work under tight deadlines.


• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight setups.


• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.


• Diploma or higher qualification.
