• Spearheading Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations for luxury brands in China, notably with LVMH and other fashion groups


• Driving eCommerce growth with bespoke website development for clients like Brandy Melville and Hublot


• Scaling fast fashion to 10,000+ daily orders with optimized e-commerce solutions

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery for large-scale digital projects, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce and CMS platforms. You will work directly with enterprise clients, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring project success from scoping to post-launch support. This is a client-facing, leadership role that combines technical understanding, stakeholder management, resource planning, and profitability oversight.

• Provide proper strategy on digital projects in the initial demand analysis


• Act as a key communication bridge between the business and the delivery team, ensuring clear translation of requirements, feasibility assessments, concerns, and issues


• Facilitate client buy-in by effectively articulating transparency of ITC’s expertise, project deliverables, and value propositions


• Ensure the delivery team fully understands the business purpose behind the requirements, enabling them to align their work with strategic objectives


• Guarantee high-quality project output by proactively addressing potential risks and challenges


• Coordinate and leverage necessary resources to meet project goals efficiently


• Support the delivery team in planning development in a timely and structured manner, optimizing workflows and execution


• Apply appropriate techniques to manage project implementation and change, maintaining flexibility while ensuring project integrity


• Oversee project scope, integration, time, cost, quality, risk, and communication management to ensure smooth project execution


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with company accounts, fostering long-term collaboration


• Support ITC PMO initiatives by overseeing and optimizing the use of ClickUp for task tracking, project management, and reporting


• Identify and implement strategies to streamline project management workflows and processes, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance team productivity

• Experience in managing and communicating at senior and executive levels


• Experience in managing large-scale projects in one or more of the following solutions: Ecommerce platform; Web development; Systems Integration; CRM software


• Ability to engage and partner with the customer and internal staff as required


• Ability to work in a multicultural team with different time zones


• Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required
