Description


Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead Point-of-Sale (POS), retail systems, and customer transaction platform initiatives in Singapore.

  • This role is suited to a project manager who enjoys active delivery ownership across planning, stakeholder coordination, testing, go-live readiness and post-launch support.

  • You will work with business users, IT teams, vendors, operations stakeholders and external partners to deliver systems that directly support customer transactions and daily business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead POS/retail systems projects from planning through delivery, go-live and post-launch support.

  • Manage scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.

  • Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, operations and external partners.

  • Support SIT, UAT, defect tracking, retesting and business sign-off.

  • Prepare for cutover, go-live, rollback planning and hypercare.

  • Track vendor deliverables and follow up on delays, quality issues or open actions.

  • Provide clear stakeholder updates and escalate risks early.

  • Support user readiness through communication, training coordination and process alignment.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of IT project delivery experience.

  • Experience delivering POS, retail systems, payment systems, billing, CRM, loyalty, e-commerce checkout or other customer transaction platforms.

  • Proven experience coordinating with business, IT and vendor stakeholders.

  • Practical involvement in SIT, UAT, defect management, go-live readiness or post-go-live support.

  • Ability to manage delivery timelines, risks, issues and dependencies in a structured environment.

  • Clear communication skills and ability to manage updates, risks and follow-ups across multiple stakeholder groups.
