Our client specializes in manufacturing computer peripherals and industrial devices. They also have a retail business. The role of a Project Management Executive/Assistant Manager is to assist the sales and project management team by supporting the retail department team and liaising with customers in Japan. You will be mainly in charge of the retail business of the company

【Responsibilities】
- Support and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing activities for online and offline shops.
- Maintain and ensure accurate inventory of stocks.
- Coordinate with suppliers, delivery and customers to ensure orders are processed timely
- Managing e-commerce platforms on the creation of product listings, marketing and promotions, inventory, answering enquiries, packing
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and preparing for the company's projects.
- Monitor project status and issues, coordinate, support, and interact with vendors and the processing team.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
- Handling any ad-hoc duties as required.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma holder
- 2- 3 years of experience as a project executive or project/sales management support
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin in listening/speaking/writing is essential to liaise with English & Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Confident and hands-on experience in MS Office (Especially Excel)
- Ability to interpret and present data effectively and efficiently
- Willingness to learn new concepts with an open and innovative mind
- Can start immediately or on short notice

(Advantageous)
- Experience in the retail business is preferred
- Experience in the Service/Consulting industry is a plus
- Having a driver's license is a plus
