As a Projects Associate, you will be allocated to a specific team such as Shopee Mall & Marketing Solutions, Revenue & Seller Programs or Commercial Programs. The exact team you will focus on will be determined prior to your joining, based on business needs and your personal strengths.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the success of Shopee’s key special projects 


• Projects include the development of new business initiatives and productivity improvement initiatives 


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and execute projects to realise topline growth and cost savings 


• Track programme performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any other relevant quantitative or business-related discipline


• Demonstrate ability to think critically and solve complex, ambiguous problems, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, with strong ownership and follow‑through


• At least 3 years of total work experience, including 1-2 years in project management, strategy, or e‑commerce related roles


• Experience/proficiency in developing AI agents/AI tools is a plus


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain insights and decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
