QE Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled QE Lead who is capable of driving quality engineering efforts while performing both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Selenium, API testing, and has worked in Retail or Online Store environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead overall QA/QE activities including planning, execution, strategy, and reporting. 

• Perform both manual and automation testing for web and API applications. 

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test scripts, and test cases. 

• Establish, enhance, and implement QA processes, standards, and methodologies. 

• Facilitate status meetings, discussions, and ad hoc working sessions. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Developers, Product, and Support. 

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in coordination with technical and business stakeholders. 

• Coordinate end-to-end testing and validations with backend systems, integration teams, and external vendors. 

• Work independently and manage deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Strong experience in both manual and automation testing. 

• Hands-on automation expertise with Selenium and API testing tools. 

• Solid experience in test planning, test case creation, and execution. 

• Strong background implementing QA frameworks, standards, and methodologies. 

• Experience in Retail or Online Store/eCommerce platforms.
