🚌Location: Wheelock
💰Pay: Up $3500
🕚Working hours: 9am – 6pm

📋Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls.

• Greet all office employees and visitors.

• Attend to employee inquiries.

• Schedule new joiners’ onboarding.

• Manage reception email inbox.

• Maintain the reception area.

• Liaison between employee and delivery vendors.

• Receive / sort incoming mails.

• Arrange outgoing mails.

• Maintain the mail room. (ie: monitor the storage place, cleanliness).

• Manage franked email and courier services.

• Handle HR general administration duties.

• Support the People Experience team for all employees’ Engagement and Learning event logistics.

• Order printing supplies and stationery.

• Order pantry supplies.


🚦Requirements:
Be well-groomed/presentable and be able to speak well/bubbly character
Can commit the full duration
Singaporeans only
