Job Description
Develop, manage, and execute Regional Go-to-market (GTM) programs in collaboration with local and regional teams for existing and new features
Closely monitoring product performance and analyse shifts in trends to recommend tactical next steps for programme growth
Support adhoc initiatives to generate awareness and adoption for the programme
Work with cross-functional partners internally to drive alignment, including Business, Category Marketing, Design, Product, Finance and Engineering.
Update and maintain the marketing calendars in coordination both internal and external stakeholders
Manage internal and external partner relationships, ensuring timely processing of invoices, reports, and ad-hoc requests to support smooth operational workflows
Execute promotional campaigns for regional recommerce markets
Contribute to weekly dashboard reviews for recommerce pillars
Leverage AI tools to synthesize cross-functional data, craft compelling GTM messaging, automate operational processes, and streamline performance reporting
Qualifications
*This is a full-time, 6-month internship starting July 2026.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
Ability to understand and generate insights and recommendations from large datasets
Familiarity in Google Suite applications, particularly Sheets, Docs and Slides
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in using Generative AI to assist in trend analysis and strategic brainstorming
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively to solve problems within operating constraints
Multi-tasker with strong project management capability
Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and can manage working with multiple stakeholders across different functions
Keen interest in Carousell and how secondhand marketplaces operate
Available to commit to full-time work for 6 months
