Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Brand Asst Manager / Manager to lead the development, execution, and curation of brand initiatives, creative content, and customer experiences. This role will be pivotal in shaping the brand identity, managing creative outputs, and ensuring a consistent and engaging experience across all touchpoints—including 3D animation, style guides, FEC (Family Entertainment Centre) programmes, event curation, and visual merchandising/decoration.

Roles and Responsibilities
Brand Guidelines Development & Governance
1. Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive brand style guide to ensure consistency across all platforms, media, and customer touchpoints.
2. Oversee creative content development aligned with brand positioning, tone, and guidelines.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand integrity in all marketing, communications, and operational activities.
Merchandise Product Development
4. Leading merchandise development translating IP into actual merchandise products, packaging
5. Translate all merchandise into a catalogue and sharing of pipeline developments
Website Ownership (UX & Brand Experience)
6. Own the end-to-end website experience by defining and optimizing user journey, accessibility and keeping the information current.
7. Lead website development initiatives in partnership with tech teams and vendors.
FEC (Family Entertainment Centre)
8. Define design direction and brand principles for physical environments i.e. Look & Feel, brand identity and governance with brand guidelines
9. Oversee venue decoration and theming to create immersive, on-brand environments that enhance customer experiences.
Licensing & IP Commercialisation
10. Licensee Onboarding & Enablement and develop licensing brand playbooks, asset kits, and approval guidelines and the product mixes that can be accompanied
11. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of branding and content initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement and working closely with partners to deliver final
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in brand management, content development, or creative direction (experience in FEC, entertainment, or retail industries preferred).
2. Strong portfolio or track record of leading creative projects, including 3D animation supervision, content development, and event curation.
3. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
4. Strong eye for design, creativity, and detail with the ability to translate brand strategy into practical execution.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Qualifications Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
Technical Competencies
1. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
2. Proficient in Canva
- Any other Adobe tools (preferred): Adobe Illustrator (vector design, logo adaptation)
- Adobe InDesign (layout for catalogues and print materials)
