Responsibilities


About the team The team is responsible for building and scaling the end-to-end commerce ecosystem, including merchant growth, creator and affiliate ecosystems, platform campaigns, marketing, user growth, and marketplace operations. Working closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams, the organization drives both supply and demand growth while continuously improving the user and seller experience.


About the role This role requires a proven builder who has scaled eCommerce ecosystems from 0–100, managed large cross-border teams (200+ HC), and led both business end infrastructure transformation and consumer end value growth in high growth digital platforms. The successful candidate must demonstrate deep experience in content to commerce strategy, creator led GMV acceleration, and operational system design across Southeast Asia Responsibilities 1.


Country P&L Ownership – Singapore



  • Lead TikTok Shop Singapore end-to-end market launch, cold-start, and scale-up.

  • Own GMV growth, market share expansion, and ecosystem health.

  • Define localized commercial strategy aligned with regional priorities.

  • Drive high-velocity growth from inception stage to market establishment.

2. Creator Ecosystem Leadership – Indonesia


  • Oversee and scale a 200+ member Creator Operations organization.

  • Lead creator-led GMV acceleration strategies.

  • Design and implement structured creator incubation and monetization systems.

  • Drive record-breaking livestream and short-form video conversion programs.

3. Marketplace Infrastructure & Operational Excellence


  • Architect scalable operational toolkits and frameworks (e.g., AM scoring systems, incentive centralization models).

  • Implement standardized BPO outsourcing workflows to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Design category-level execution frameworks (e.g., Product-Author-Price-Execution methodology).

4. Strategic Pivot & Ecosystem Evolution


  • Lead organizational transformation from B-end infrastructure focus to C-end value growth.

  • Optimize fund efficiency through centralized incentive strategy and data-backed allocation.

  • Institutionalize performance frameworks to scale sustainably.

5. Cross-Functional & Regional Leadership


  • Partner closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Regional Strategy teams.

  • Align multi-country stakeholders on creator strategy, content direction, and growth metrics.

  • Lead teams through high-growth, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in global digital platforms or large-scale social/eCommerce ecosystems.

  • Proven experience launching and scaling a digital marketplace or platform from 0–100.

  • Demonstrated ownership of a country-level business or market launch in Southeast Asia.

  • Managed large-scale teams of 200+ headcount across multiple markets.

  • Direct experience leading Creator Operations or Content Commerce ecosystems at scale.

  • Strong track record in driving creator led GMV growth and livestream monetization programs.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Direct ownership or governance of platform-level mega campaigns (e.g. double-day, payday, flagship moments).

  • Hands on leadership exposure to creator-led commerce, affiliate ecosystems, or content-driven monetization

  • Demonstrated management or governance of organizations with more than 150 total headcount across multiple countries.
