Key Responsibilities



  • Regional lead for our influencer offerings across Publicis Media

  • Define and continuously evolve our global influencer marketing strategy and positioning in APAC

  • Offer credible thought leadership and point of view on the industry and the role of influencer marketing within the macro marketing ecosystem

  • Provide subject matter expertise and advise agencies and clients regionally on best practices for winning influencer strategies

  • Provide strategic narrative on relative roles and interplay between paid, earned, shared and owned channels

  • Well versed in competitive offerings to provide strategic consultancy to clients assessing tech and services providers in influencer space

  • Be the face of the brand for APAC Influencer practice in new business, client meetings and industry events, sought as a thought leader and innovator

  • Lead strategic go to market narrative for Groupe assets in the influencer space and support enablement and consistency across markets

  • Coordinate and act as lead in multi-market proposals and pitches

  • Contribute to multi-market commercial, staffing and pricing proposals with experience across a variety of SaaS + Services and bundled pricing models

  • Support integration of newly acquired influencer businesses into the Groupe

  • Act as Center of Excellence resource for markets and client leads with strong industry relationships directly with clients and key suppliers in the ecosystem

  • Data and tech savvy, experienced with harnessing the impact of AI and articulate in the application and impact of data in the creator and influencer space


Requirements



  • Ability to work in highly matrixed organization and successful in managing teams with indirect influence

  • 10+ year experience in combination of: Advertising Agency, Social/Affiliate/Performance/Influencer/Creator specific technology and service providers, Client/Brand side influencer strategy/in house

  • Proven track record launching or scaling influencer offerings across multiple markets

  • Deep understanding of social and influencer ecosystems and platform dynamics in APAC. Key markets are Australia, India and China

  • Strong leadership, project management and communication skills

  • Experience building scalable franchise-style models is a plus
