Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Regional Marketing & Product Planning Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement new products tailored to specific market characteristics and consumer preferences within each country.
Formulate and execute monthly and annual marketing and promotional strategies across the Southeast Asia region.
Enhance brand equity through establishing and enforcing brand guidelines and operational standards.
Provide marketing support to franchise partners, including promotional tools, campaign planning, and product rollout strategies.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to drive actionable strategies.
Collaborate closely with headquarters and local partners, including distributors, operations, product development, and design teams.
Manage the regional marketing budget and analyze return on investment.
Develop regional brand strategies and business expansion plans for the Southeast Asia market.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or product planning.
Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and consumer behavior.
Experience in franchise marketing across multiple countries or regions is an advantage.
Strategic thinker with proven execution capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
