We are looking for a candidate who is exploring a career in this industry, has an interest in fashion, and is proactive and eager to learn. He/she must have a good knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) as he/she will need to assist in presentation slides and data reporting. Interpersonal skills are required as he/she will be attached to the Merchandising department and will be given the opportunity to liaise with cross-functional departments in this dynamic organization, including retail stores.
Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising Team in the preparation, coordination and consolidation of reports, projects, events and initiatives.
- Preparing weekly reports & newsletters
- Supporting remotely during buying sessions by preparing related materials and deliverables
- Product launch preparation
- Consolidation of relevant market information
- Participate in merchandising related operational duties.
- To coordinate with local merchandising/retail teams on stock related topics
