Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager (Up to $15,000 per month)

Known for its dynamic culture and customer-centric approach, the business continues to invest heavily in its supply chain capabilities to support increasing demand, improve service levels, and drive operational excellence.
As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain execution and partner closely with key stakeholders across the business.

Your new role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing regional supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing 3PL warehouse and distribution operations across multiple markets
• Driving inventory management strategies to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory
• Overseeing inbound logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely product replenishment
• Leading reverse logistics processes and continuous improvements in returns management
• Managing customer service and order management functions to maintain high service standards
• Supporting demand and supply planning activities through close collaboration with planning and commercial teams
• Participating actively in the S&OP process, providing operational insights and executional support
• Establishing operational governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance reporting for regional operations
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to drive overall supply chain performance

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, consumer, or FMCG environment
• Strong experience managing 3PL warehousing, distribution, and transportation providers across multiple countries
• Solid understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, customer service, and logistics operations
• Experience participating in S&OP processes and working closely with planning teams
• Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to support decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and external partners
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with changing business priorities
