Repair & Technical Ops Executive

LUMOS Projector specializes in offering home cinema projectors. We are a fast growing e-commerce brand and are in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines!

This is a Repair & Technical Operations Executive role. The responsibilities include troubleshooting electronics and conducting repairs on them, handling returns & refurbishing, arranging exchanges, coordination with customers and other related tasks.

• Troubleshoot electronics & conducting repairs

• Returns & refurbishing management

• Arranging and coordinating exchanges with customers

• Inventory management: Labelling, sorting
  
  

Skills Preferred

• 1-3 years of experience in reparing electronics (projectors, tablets etc)

• Diploma or relevant experience in Electronics / Engineering / IT

• Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills

• Organized and able to handle logistics & inventory tasks

• Strong communication skills
