Manage e-commerce platform
Manage retail outlet(s) and premises to ensure cleanliness, brand alignment, and safety.
Effectively manage daily retail sales, execute daily order fulfillments.
Actively engage and communicate with customer to build, grow, and deepen relationships.
Customer Service Excellence - Provide a high-standard level of service to all customers by being proactive, identify and solve their problems, and always be professional and courteous in appearance and communication, respectively.
Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines and brand standard.
Manage and execute retail promotions, sales, marketing programs.
Effectively manage loyalty program to maximize acquisition, redemption, and enhance brand loyalty.
Work closely and effectively with relevant teams to ensure all of the above is achieved.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Min. Diploma; university degree preferred.
Min 3-5 years retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
Experience in retail operations preferred.
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing personality and willingness to engage with people.
Results-focused with high energy and willingness to learn.
Strong interests in events, florals, crafts preferred.
Demonstrated track record of successful client management and a portfolio of VIP clients.
Basic understanding of social media/E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Google Ads, FB/IG, Mailchimp).
Must be Singaporean Citizen/PR or Malaysian National
