Retail and Operations Associate

• Manage e-commerce platform

• Manage retail outlet(s) and premises to ensure cleanliness, brand alignment, and safety.

• Effectively manage daily retail sales, execute daily order fulfillments.

• Actively engage and communicate with customer to build, grow, and deepen relationships.

• Customer Service Excellence - Provide a high-standard level of service to all customers by being proactive, identify and solve their problems, and always be professional and courteous in appearance and communication, respectively.

• Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines and brand standard.

• Manage and execute retail promotions, sales, marketing programs.

• Effectively manage loyalty program to maximize acquisition, redemption, and enhance brand loyalty.

• Work closely and effectively with relevant teams to ensure all of the above is achieved.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Min. Diploma; university degree preferred.

• Min 3-5 years retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail

• Experience in retail operations preferred.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outgoing personality and willingness to engage with people.

• Results-focused with high energy and willingness to learn.

• Strong interests in events, florals, crafts preferred.

• Demonstrated track record of successful client management and a portfolio of VIP clients.

• Basic understanding of social media/E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Google Ads, FB/IG, Mailchimp).

• Must be Singaporean Citizen/PR or Malaysian National
