Retail Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Assist customers with beauty products and product enquiries.

• Support daily store operations.

• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays.

• Replenish stocks and monitor inventory levels.

• Perform cashier duties and process customer payments.

• Assist with stock taking and inventory control.

• Ensure products are properly arranged and in good condition.

• Maintain store cleanliness and a safe shopping environment.

• Support promotions and other retail activities when required.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, responsible, and positive attitude.

• Interest in beauty and personal care products is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Retail experience is an advantage but not required.
