The National Skin Centre (NSC), a member of NHG Health, is an outpatient specialist dermatological centre with a team of dermatologists who have the experience and expertise to treat a wide variety of skin conditions.
The Centre also aims to facilitate subspecialisation and be the national focus for the treatment, research, and training on all aspects of skin disease.Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory review and updates for NSC online sales channels (Shopee and e-Commerce)
- Assist Assistant Manager to ensure contents in online channels stay relevant (i.e., promotions, banners and price updates)
- Process online orders and oversee staff assisting with order fulfilment to ensure timely shipments
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback and relations on online channels
- Assist purchasing colleagues in inventory replenishment with updates on online sales movement
- Replenish stationery and packing supplies
- Prepare performance report for the online channels
- Assist in routine stocktake and cycle counts of retail items in various location
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Science, Business, Marketing, or any related field
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in retail settings and eCommerce is preferred
- Motivated and perform well in a target-driven environment
