Job Description
Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Associate (Lingerie Brand)
The Role
You will be our retail team for I'M IN - experience store in Singapore. You will be the face of the brand, creating the best lingerie shopping experience for our customers.
Your role will include the fit, recommendations, measurements & product introduction of our lingerie. You will also need to ensure the store cleanliness, merchandise displays are in order, inventory & cashiering duties.
At I’M IN, we want to inspire women that are beautiful in any shape or size, and make them feel beautiful inside out.
Main Responsibilities
- Work on to drive store sales performance
- Create a fun, vibrant and stress-free shopping experience for our customers.
- Greeting of customers and assist customers with the best shopping experience, fitting & recommendations.
- Engage with our customers for product launches, events and workshops.
- Housekeeping
- Ensure good housekeeping in all areas of the store on a daily basis.
- Inventory
- Process incoming stocks, restocking, returns & stock taking.
- Organize & maintain tidiness of stock room
- Cashiering duties using POS system
- Drive sales target
