• Expected salary: $3,000 - $3,500 per month


• This role is an urgent hire

• Serve walk-in customers: greet, assist, recommend products, and close sales.


• Process online orders: pick, pack, ship, and coordinate order fulfilment for online and in store pickups.


• Manage inventory: stock-take, receiving deliveries, restocking shelves/racks, stock rotation and inventory control.


• Handle customer communications: respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and other channels; provide order updates, handle returns/exchanges, and offer after sales support.


• Maintain store presentation: organise displays, ensure cleanliness and attractive merchandising.


• Assist with social media & content creation: take product photos, help create simple posts, assist with brand presence and promo campaigns.


• Support new-arrival launches, promotions, and in-store events.


• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and order activity

• Proactive, self-motivated & reliable — takes initiative and ownership.


• Friendly & customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills.


• Sales-driven — confident recommending products and closing sales.


• Detail-oriented, especially with stock management and order fulfilment.


• Proficient with basic computer/office applications (Excel, Google Sheets, POS, etc.).


• Able to multitask in a busy retail + e-commerce environment.


• Team player, yet able to work independently.


• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or social media.


• Bonus: interest in Muay Thai/MMA/combat sports.
