Description
We are a growing pet retail & lifestyle brand with both an offline retail presence and an online store. We are passionate about pets and creating memorable experiences through products, community, and content. We are now looking for a Retail E-Commerce Intern to join our team.
You will gain hands-on exposure across digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail strategy. You will have opportunities to take ownership of projects that directly impact growth.
1. Digital Marketing & Content
Support in planning and executing social media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
Create engaging content (captions, photos, videos, buying guides) that resonates with pet owners.
Assist in running promotions and seasonal activations both online and offline.
2. E-Commerce & Analytics
Manage product listings and featured collections on Shopify and Marketplaces.
Track website and campaign performance (traffic, conversions, engagement) and share insights.
Research trends and suggest improvements to customer experience.
3. In-Store Experience
Attend to walk-in customers, provide product recommendations, and better understand customers.
Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and store events.
Understand how offline retail ties into online engagement.
Support ideas for loyalty programs, partnerships, and ways to drive footfall + online sales.

Requirements
Loves dogs and cats as we are a pet-friendly store.
Strong interest in digital marketing and retail.
Good writing and communication skills. Photography/ video editing is a plus.
Proficient in Canva - Please include 2 examples of creatives in your application.
Proactive, creative, and independent learner.
