Job Description
• Lead and manage sales consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Supervise, coach, and train them to enhance performance and development.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including house visits to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage duty rosters to ensure optimal store staffing.
• Maintain store standards, including upkeep of displays and overall presentation.
• Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and successful execution of promotions.
• Assist with the planning, setup and coordination of store events and promotions.
• Monitor and arrange deliveries for online sales.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Retail Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer goods.
Strong retail background, preferably in branded goods, with experience managing multiple showrooms.
Proven ability to manage sales consultants/promoters.
Independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of English is an asset.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Sales experience in the mattress/furniture industry is an advantage.
Hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
Working knowledge and experience with various e-commerce platforms/systems (front-end and back-end).
