Job Description
As a Retail Operations Intern, you will gain valuable exposure to both front-line retail operations and back-end support functions. This internship is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in the retail industry with opportunities to develop customer service, operational, and business administration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Store Experience (3-4 days/week)
Support daily store operations alongside our retail team
Assist in ensuring store cleanliness, product display, and inventory checks
Engage with customers to provide excellent retail service
Office Operations Support (1-2 days/week)
Assist the Retail Operations team with administrative tasks
Prepare basic reports, documentation, and inventory records
Coordinate simple operational matters between stores and office
Participate in team meetings and learn about the business side of retail
Internship Details
Duration: Minimum 3 months (preferred 6 months)
Working Hours: 5-day work week, including weekends for store exposure
Location: Lenskart stores across Singapore and our office at 152 Beach Road, Gateway East
