The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.


Job Description:



  • Conduct in-depth analysis on program adoption, seller execution, and overall program performance to drive data-informed decisions

  • Manage end-to-end program execution to ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives

  • Proactively identify and initiate new ideas and improvements to enhance program performance and drive business growth

  • Manage and grow seller relationships to drive Mart program adoption, expand the active seller base, and ensure sellers are set up for success within the marketplace


Requirements:



  • Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability

  • solid business knowledge in e-commerce or marketplace monetization

  • proven seller management and engagement skills with the ability to drive program adoption

  • effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
