Job description

Retail Marketing & Communications

  • Orchestrate end-to-end retail campaign rollouts across all touchpoints, for product launches, promotional events, and in-store activations across various retail touchpoints.

  • Develop and execute localised marketing communications tailored to different retail formats and sales channels, ensuring messaging is relevant, customer-centric, and delivered in a timely manner.

  • Work with design team to develop high-impact marketing collaterals (eg. in-store visuals, digital assets, POSM), ensuring accuracy of content and consistent adherence to brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.

  • Manage the end-to-end rollout of integrated marketing communications for retail campaigns, including product launches and promotions, ensuring cohesive messaging and seamless execution across all customer touchpoints.

  • Establish governance frameworks for campaign execution, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence across all retail environments

  • Leverage data, store insights, and customer feedback to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously refine retail communications and campaigns to improve ROI and conversion

  • Conceptualise and execute creative visual merchandising strategies that elevate the in-store customer journey. reinforce brand awareness and drive sales conversion

  • Establish audit frameworks and performance benchmarks to ensure consistent execution and continuous elevation of VM standards

  • Conduct regular store audits and walkthroughs to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to VM standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure strong alignment between retail execution and overall campaign strategy

  • Work with designers to develop retail marketing communications and assets that are visually impactful and operationally feasible

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth implementation and strong on-ground execution across stores

  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage production quality, timelines, and cost efficiency

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing, or marketing communications.

  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and marketing communication principles.

  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in ensuring accuracy of messaging and visual execution.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
