Retail Merchandising Executive

Job Description

• Prepare weekly sales and stock reports


• Analyse sales data to highlight product performance


• Plan and allocate stocks based on sales trend analysis


• Consolidate stocks to optimise sales


• Conduct store visits to ensure optimal stock level at stores


• Work with Store Operations to gather product feedback


• Work with Visual Merchandising team to determine how stock display can maximise customer interest and sales

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or its equivalent


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in merchandise planning, preferably within a fashion retail or FMCG company


• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales data to sales insight


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Strong interpersonal and communicative skills


• Excellent in planning, organising tasks in a fast-paced environment
