Retail Sales Assistant

• Position: Retail Sales Assistant

• Location: Ubi

• Working hours: 5 days work week (9.30am - 6.30pm) - Rotation/Shift

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Retail

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service and assist customers with product recommendations and demonstrations

• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is organized and visually appealing

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, receive and verify new shipments, and update stock records

• Operate the POS system for transactions and handle cashiering activities

• Handle eCommerce platforms, including uploading products, processing and fulfilling online orders

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales preferred

• Experience in eCommerce platforms are preferred

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer literacy
