As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalized product suggestions that build satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to foster strong, positive relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting sale items and recommending complementary products to customers
Keep the store clean and well-organized to create an inviting shopping experience
Replenish merchandise efficiently to maintain product availability and support daily store operations
Arrange and maintain visual displays that capture customer interest and align with sales objectives
Perform daily cashier duties accurately, including processing cash, card, and POS/e-commerce payments
Support stock-taking and inventory tracking to ensure accurate product records
Update product pricing as directed and communicate stock levels to the designated Person-In-Charge
Requirements:
At least one to two years of experience in retail, luxury goods, or customer service, ideally within the fashion industry
