The Role

A Retail Associate at IN GOOD COMPANY takes on the role as a brand ambassdor - tasked to deliver a pleasant shopping experience across every service touch points in the customer journey in-store as well as providing great customer care service to our e-commerce customers

You will be working closely with the merchandising team to be updated on new product launches to serve customers with good product knowledge. You will also communicate marketing mechanics to help drive conversions and acquire new sign-ups in-store.
