As a Retail Sales Associate (Various settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.

• Achieve monthly sales targets through product promotions and cross-selling.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising and stock replenishment.

• Handle cashiering duties accurately, including cash, card, and POS/e-commerce transactions.

• Assist with inventory management, stock-taking, and pricing updates.

Requirements:

• At least one to two years of experience in retail, luxury goods, or customer service, ideally within the fashion industry.
