Retail Sales Executive (Live Host & E-Commerce)

Tekka Gold is looking for an energetic and sales-driven individual to join our growing jewellery retail team. This role combines retail sales, daily livestream hosting, social media content creation, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and achieve sales targets.


• Host daily livestreams on social media platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Facebook and xhs.


• Demonstrate and sell jewellery confidently during live sessions.


• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and online platforms.


• Create short videos and social media content.


• Manage product listings, online orders and inventory updates.


• Handle POS transactions, stock replenishment and store operations.


• Assist with marketing campaigns, reports and other administrative duties.

• Take ownership and continuously improve performance.


• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Passionate about sales and customer service.


• Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting livestreams daily.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.


• Minimum 2 years of Experience in retail sales, jewellery, TikTok Live or e-commerce is an advantage.


• Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.


• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or social media platforms is an advantage.


• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and evening livestreams.


• Full time, 6 working days per week.
