Retail Sales Executives (9am-6pm working hours, 2 off days per week)

We are looking for Retail Sales Executives to join our showrooms in strategic locations around Singapore (Tampines, Bendemeer and Jurong East). The role involves in-person and online sales, customer service, and coordination tasks to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Online Sales Management: The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for managing sales through company websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms, developing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth online transactions.

• Sales and Customer Service: Duties include engaging with walk-in customers, promoting products, coordinating installation and delivery, preparing invoices, collecting payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Team Collaboration and Administrative Tasks: The role involves working with marketing and warehouse teams to support sales efforts, maintaining accurate records and compliance, arranging courier services, managing quotations, and encouraging customer reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Retail sales experience preferred, training will be provided

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm, 2 days off per week, minimum 2 weekend days off per month

• Closed on Public Holidays
