Our client is an established and growing brand within the premium home appliances space, known for its strong product quality and design-led offerings. With a well-established presence in Singapore, the business operates across multiple retail and distribution channels, including department stores, specialty retailers, and e-commerce platforms. They are currently looking to strengthen their commercial team with a hands-on and driven Sales Manager.
Role Profile
Reporting to the General Manager, the Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance across multiple channels, while managing retail promoters and key channel relationships. This role combines on-the-ground execution with strategic planning across multiple sales channels.
About the Role
Manage and grow retail and channel accounts across offline and online platforms, including key retail partners
Drive new business development with trade partners while strengthening existing relationships
Own sales performance across multiple channels, including forecasting, stock planning (PSI), and achieving targets
Plan and execute promotional and marketing initiatives to drive in-store and channel performance
Lead and manage retail promoters, ensuring strong execution and sales delivery on the ground
Analyse sales trends and provide insights to support commercial strategy and product planning
About You
Degree in Business or related field, with at least 5 years of sales experience in retail environments, preferably with exposure to B2C/B2B channels
Strong commercial acumen with a track record in driving sales and managing key accounts
Hands-on and proactive, with the ability to balance execution and planning
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple channels
Experience in premium consumer, lifestyle, or home-related products is preferred
