Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous and professional customer service to all customers
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate product information
Handle sales transactions accurately using cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers
Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the retail store
Support basic inventory handling and stock checks when required
Monitor store activity to minimise loss and maintain store security
Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily retail operations
Job Requirements :
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, e-commerce platforms, websites, and retail support
Oversee content planning and creation to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners where required
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and operations
Monitor budgets and ensure marketing activities are executed efficiently
