1. Retail Store management

- Assist in answering customer queries in various online platform

- Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store

- Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems

- Using Consulting sell techniques to increase store sales

- Processing laptop for sale (Training will be provided)

- Basic IT knowledge background is preferred

2. Social Media Content Creation:

- Capture photos and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Insta etc) of daily operations, products, or store highlights.]

- Must be comfortable in appearing in video for content creation purposes

What we're looking for:

Digital Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones and apps like Instagram, TikTok, or CapCut.

Creative Eye: A passion for photography or video editing is a huge plus!

Attributes: Outgoing personality, reliable, and comfortable being on (or behind) the camera.

Results focused- you must have a strong sales focus and proven results

Experienced – you should have previous retail sales experience in a fast paced environment

A multi tasker- you have the ability to prioritise and juggle a number of tasks at one time!

FUN!!!– You can do all of the above with a smile on your face and maintain a positive attitude, you lead by example to ensure excellent customer service and seek to ensure you provide every customer with a smile and a giggle!

Work details:

Location: Paya Lebar Square (Right beside Paya lebar MRT)

Hours: 11 to 9pm (1 Hour lunch).

Days: 5 days (Must be able to work weekend)
