Retail Store Lead for DREAME Store (Singpost)

What's your role?

• Work closely with the team to support store operations, ensure smooth workflow, and foster a positive working environment

• Promote products, explain features and benefits, and assist customers with enquiries

• Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

• Monitor stock levels, report damages or discrepancies, and communicate stock needs to management

• Maintain daily sales records, promotions, and provide performance reports to management

• Ensure customers receive excellent service and that issues or complaints are resolved promptly

• Uphold and strengthen the DREAME brand presence in store

What's the skill required?

• Good command of written and spoken English and 中文

• Able to work 5-Day a week, shift rotation, 11AM - 9PM

• Assist customers enquiry, introduce our product to walk in customers

• A bubbly, cheerful and joy personality

Who's there to support you?

Do not worry! Everything starts with a training where your Retail Operation Manager and senior will guide you through our products information and installation guidelines. After the onboard training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting the day-one you hands-on for installation, you're not doing this alone!

He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters. You also will be involved into various internal and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Plus, you are expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
