We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives.
How will you value-add?
At PwC AI Hub (Transformation), we accelerate adoption of network AI priorities and work with key stakeholders to attain investment outcomes. We champion market-facing activities in support of PwC AI brand positioning, and we collaborate with Learning & Development to establish AI business leadership skills to drive innovation and efficiency in the firm.
Our mission is to enable AI adoption, build governance practices, implement AI initiatives and capability building in Singapore aligned to local and global strategies.
We are looking for a forward-thinking and self-driven individual to join the team as AI Transformation Manager to steer the strategic, responsible and effective adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across PwC Singapore.
Develop AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines that balance innovation with responsible use.
Build and maintain relationships with AI solution providers, research institutions, and internal stakeholders to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration.
Create and maintain documentation on AI best practices, use cases, and lessons learned.
Support user adoption – working with training and change management.
Support the integration of AI solutions into business processes.
Track project progress and manage risks and issues through developing project plans, timelines, milestones and success metrics.
Monitor, analyse, and report on AI business performance data and actionable insights for monthly reviews with leadership team.
Conduct research on industry trends, best practice and use cases to support AI strategy and introduce solutions to business units, where applicable.
About you
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Organizational Abilities: Experience with technology transformation projects with project management ability to handle ambiguity and rally for change.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and AI risks, etc.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Work Environment: Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high quality results in a timely manner.
