Sales Executive (SHOP Retail & E-commerce)

  Scope of Work

 1.    Provide excellent customer service in shop and across all E-Commerce platforms.

2.    Handle sales transactions, operate POS systems, cash registers, barcode scanners, and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.

3.    Ensure shelves, displays, and well-organised, fully stocked, and properly front-faced.

4.    Assist in receiving, unloading, inspecting, and arranging incoming deliveries.

5.    Conduct inventory levels and stock replenishment requests before stock reaches minimum levels by using our in-house system.

6.    Process product ordering, receiving, stock transfers, and inventory updates accurately in the POS system.

7.    Process e-commerce orders, print airway bills, pick, pack, and prepare parcels accurately for shipment.

8.    Manage inventory for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify, including stock uploads, adjustments, and availability.

9.    Monitor and respond promptly to customer enquiries, reviews, and after-sales service requests across online platforms, including outside normal business hours when required, while maintaining the Company's customer service standards.

10.  Manage parcel scanning, collection, and handover for Shopee, Ninja Van, SPX, and other courier drop-off and collection services.

11.   Communicate effectively to customers and explain all our products

12.   Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the retail shop and work areas.

13.   Assist in product pricing, labelling, shelf tagging, and promotional display setup.

14.   Report damaged, expired, missing, or slow-moving inventory to management.

15.   Support promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and retail events organised by the Company.

16.    Achieve individual and team sales targets while promoting the Company's products and services.

17.    Be available to work on weekends, public holidays when required by business operations.

18.    Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

 Additional Requirements

19.    Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

20.   Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify is an advantage.

21.     Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

22.    Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

23.    Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

24.    To carry and move cartons when required.
