Description

Responsibilities:


  • Establish, maintain and develop productive and professional relationship with key contacts in the assigned account (B2C - KA/Telco).

  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

  • Develop and execute strategic tactical sales and marketing plans for the account to drive business growth.

  • Able to conduct presentations to introduce our range of products and services, and make recommendations and proposals that meet the customers' requirements.

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer’s needs and objectives.

  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Coordinate sales target and market cooperation with marketing team.

  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.



Requirements:


  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 

  • 1-2 years or more of relevant experience in IT/Mobile industry.

  • Well verse in vendor or channel’s prospect (channel includes Telcos, Distributors, Key Accounts, Independent Dealers, etc).

  • Channel experience with good network of Distributors and Channel Partners.

  • Strong understanding of brand management.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
